Software (NetMap Pro Application): Network scans, device information, MAC addresses, IP addresses, project files, photos, Wi-Fi measurements, diagnostic history, company branding, and generated reports are stored locally on the Windows computer. The phone companion communicates with the open application over the local network.
License activation: NetMap Pro sends the license key and technical activation data needed to validate and manage licensed devices. Project and network scan contents are not included in license validation.
Website (Contact Form): When you submit our contact form, we collect:

Automatically Collected Information: Our website may collect standard web server logs, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use analytics tracking scripts or third-party cookies on our website.

Commercial orders and license activation are planned to be processed by Lemon Squeezy, which receives information necessary to process the order, issue the license, and validate permitted activations. Contact form submissions are retained in our email system for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the communication. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
